Return Policy: Perfect Home Australia offers the most customer friendly return policies on the internet. We want you to feel confident that if you have an issue with your product that you may return it without a problem. Please read over our policies & feel free to contact us anytime with any questions or concerns. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (bar codes, serial numbers, etc must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), warranty cards (without markings), all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not process the return if any of the above conditions are not followed.

Return Time: You can return most items purchased from Perfect Home Australia as long as it is within the first 7 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged.

Restocking: A minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total sale price will be deducted from the Buy It Now price for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be waived in most cases. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item was shipped under “Free Shipping” the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Our shipping fee can be made available to you upon request.

Damaged Item: If your item is damaged, refuse the delivery and make a note on the delivery manifest receipt of the damage you see. Once the item has been refused you may contact us. Rest assured we will send a replacement immediately after we confirm the damage with our delivery provider. Local Pickup Customers has the responsibility to check the goods carefully by opening any package or box, even if the box appears to have no damage. We do not refund or replace any local pickup’s own transport damage.

Refusing A Package: If you place an order with Perfect Home Australia and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the actual item (not the carton), you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to your destination, as well as the cost of the return shipping. A 15% Restocking Fee may also apply.

Return Exception: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. Please contact us if any problems arise.

Payment: Checkout and payment must be completed within 5 days of the purchase. Payments for orders not received within 5 days will automatically be reported as unpaid item to Ebay.

Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, you will need to contact us. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Damaged Products: All claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours from the date that the goods was received. The claim can be initiated by you or Perfect Home Australia representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. Perfect Home Australia will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement. Local Pickup Customers has the responsibility to check the goods carefully by opening any package or box, even if the box appears to have no damage. We do not refund or replace any local pickup’s own transport damage. 

Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the trucking company.

Non-Defective Product Returns: Non-defective products cannot be returned. Unless approved beforehand, if a return is approved you will be responsible for return shipping and subject to restocking charges.

Price Matching: Perfect Home Australia will be happy to match or beat any advertised price. If you find a better price from another authorized dealer please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you receive the best price possible.

Price Protection: Unfortunately because of the ever changing market conditions, we do not offer price protection credits or refunds on any items previously purchased from Perfect Home Australia. Prices can and will change at any time without notice based on a variety of factors that we cannot control.

Pricing Error: With hundreds of individual listings mistakes will happen. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price was an error. In this case you will be notified right away and if you work with us, we will work with you.
